What should I bring?

- An open heart and mind
- Insect repellent
- Photographic camera with enough memory

What clothes should I wear?

- Conformable clothes for activities such as Thai Chi and Yoga
- A sweater or light jacket
- Tennis shoes and sandals
- Swimsuit to dive into Tulum’s Caribbean Sea and for the Temazcal (preferably, a swimsuit you wouldn’t mind getting dirty)
- Sarong

Can I receive individual therapy from the ones available in the program?

Yes, all healers invited to the forum will be offering therapy and their services on an individual level. However, unlike the Forum, which is free of charge, these activities will have an additional cost.

Will we have time for other activities?

The Forum was organized so that you’ll be able to enjoy the open-air activities of your choice and dine out or take a night stroll around town.

What is an alternative therapy?

It is therapy complimentary or parallel to medical treatment which will help you achieve a higher level of well being in a natural, non-invasive way. However, if you’re taking any medication, please continue taking it.

Do these alternative therapies pose any risks?

No, but please take into account that this should not be considered medical treatment, although you should take seriously all recommendations during and after the session.

How long does an individual session last?

From one to two hours.

Can I make an appointment with a healer once the Forum has started?

Yes, healers will be giving therapy sessions throughout the Forum for you to make appointments whenever it is most convenient for you.

Can I book excursions and other activities at the Hotels?

Yes, you can go to the hotels front desk and request assistance in planning what is right for you.

Can underage children participate?

No, the event was organized for adults only.
